Theres still time! The last posting date for Royal Mail First Class and Recorded deliveries is the 19th of December*.
...but if your a Yankee Candle fan and need that fix we can do guaranteed courier delivery right up until the 22nd of December.
*Please be aware with Royal Mail deliveries we do rely on there timescales and although orders are shipped in a very timely fashion it can be delayed with Royal Mail.

How much will the Postage and Packing be? |
We do try to keep charges as low as possble and revise them frequently.

IMPORTANT - Our courier will always attempt two deliveries and a card will be left on each. If you fail to contact the courier and the parcel is returned to us - ALL charges will be deducted from any refund (£5.00 for outbound and £7.50 for return to sender charge).
If you are not going to be available to sign for your order - please send to a work or relatives address.

Do we ship outside of the UK ? |
Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the UK, this is due to high costs and breakages whilst in transit.

How long will it take before you order lands on your doorstep? |
We aim to please and to do this we try to have every order on its way within 24 hours.
Obviously, some periods of the year are different to others and at Christmas it may take a little longer, but don't despair, it won't be much longer. You will receive a phone call or email within that time to inform you of any delays and give a reason why if the delay is longer than usual.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock and holding up an order, to get around this we either put the item on a back order and despatch it as soon as it arrives into us or phone/email to ask if you would like an alternative fragrance or product.

Can you speak to a real person? |
Of course, we pride itself on friendly and occasionally over talkative staff :) We love a chat as much as the next person, so if you have a query or problem give a call on 01268 546560 and will do our utmost to help you sort it out. During the Christmas period we do ask that all orders are placed online and where possible emails are used to allow us to process as many orders as possible.

How do you pay and is it secure? |
Payments over the internet can be made using most brands of major credit or debit cards.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and pretty much every other card, plus don't charge for any item until they are despatched from our door to you.

Returning Items or Canceling an Order? |
If you wish to return an item for any reason please give us a call on 01268 546560 to obtain a returns number and inform us of the reason. Please enclose a small note giving us details of the reason with your name and address.
Any items needing to be returned for any reason must be done within 7 days of receipt in an unused and fully unopened/packaged condition. Items opened/used etc cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your order is in good condition as damages or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that delivery charges are non refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned. Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event of a return for any reason. If unwanted goods are received using an offer of free postage, the refund will be completed less the basic postage cost used to send.
Orders can only be cancelled providing despatch has not occurred. If you wish to cancel after despatch you will have to return the item and will be refunded as long as the item is returned within 7 days unopened, delivery charges are non refundable in this instance/
All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and the postage and package charge is non refundable. Refunds will be completed minus this 10% and postage and packing.
Returns sent back under complaint will be inspected first and dealt with accordingly.
Please note we cannot be liable for any postage fees if an order is returned as the warranty/guarantee only covers manufacturing faults, not postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods? |
We always endeavour to make sure every delivery is received in perfect condition and perfect for your enjoyment. However, occasionally items can be damaged in transit and need to be replaced.
If such an occasion occurs please contact us on 01268 546560 to discuss the best way to get your item replaced, for example, if an item is broken or chipped then we would generally ask for the item to be returned to us, so that we may replace it for you and then refund any postage costs that you incurr (proof of postage would be needed).
We do this to make sure we can avoid any future problems and improve our service for you. |
